Installed 2 plugins that segregate category-based posts on certain parts of the site. Hopefully this works! I was hoping that the Astra Parent Theme has a built-in feature that allows us to display certain categories and display excluded categories on certain pages, but I had to install two:
- A display shortcut for specific categories on a separate page (this one!)
- A segregator that disables specific categories from getting displayed on the main pages, archives, and search results
Hopefully this works. I can uninstall that microblogging plugin that makes things confusing.
